While asking for these tests, following patients details are to be compulsorily provided with samples, as apart from the test parameter values, deduction of risk factors depend upon

1. Age, Weight and height of the patient
2. Date of LMP
3. Date of sample collection
4. Gestational Age as per USG, and date of USG
   • Any anomalies on USG
   • Previous history of anencephaly
5. History of:
   • Smoking
   • Diabetes
   • Twin pregnancy
   • IVF pregnancy
