Straight leg raising

Step 1
Image Lying straight on the back and knees straight and hand at your side, raise one leg slowly at the knee upto 90° (hip at 90° to the upper body)
Step 2
Image Repeat with the other leg. This exercise is good for the thigh, back, abdominal and hip. Stretches out the hamstrings which is the culprit in many a backache
