Knee Chest Exercise
Step 1

  • Patient lies on the bed, straight on the back
  • Slowly lift one leg bending at the knee
  • With the help of your hands pull the knee to your chest.
  • The other has to be flat on the bed.

This exercise helps in stretching out the tight back structures (fascias and muscle) and also stretches the hip flexors of the opposite leg.

Good for backache and in the post delivery period to avoid tightening and enhance mobility of hip and knee.

Image Knee chest and both legs
  • Same as above but with both legs
  • Lift both legs and bring them to chest.
