All canned, corned, pickled meat or salted, dried fish. All processed meat eg. salami, chicken loaf, ham, bacon, sausages, frankfurters etc.

All hard cheeses, especially parmesan or romano. Highly salted breakfast cereals, commercial cakes, pastries, buns, cake mixes. All canned vegetables unless labeled no added salt. All takeaway foods.

All canned and packet soups, prepared sauces or sauce mixes, gravy powders, seasoning cubes, meat extracts, yeast extracts, vegetable salts, garlic salt, lemon pepper, aji-no-moto, commercial mayonnaise or salad dressings, commercial sauces, soy sauce, salted nuts, snack foods eg. Potato chips, Milk chocolate, caramels.
