TOMATO SOUP
You will need:
- Channa dal 4 tbsp
- Tomato 1
- Carrot 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilies, curry leaves few
METHOD
- Cook channa dal along with vegetables and blend.
- Season
it with salt and pepper.
CLEAR TOMATO SOUP
Cooking time 25 minutes
- Make tomato soup as directed as above.
- Reheat after putting through muslin
- If a slightly thickened soup is desired, it will only be necessary to rub through the sieve without straining afterwards.
