LETTUCE SOUP
Cooking time 10 minutes
You will need:
- ½ to 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 575 ml chicken stock
- ½ lettuce
- Seasoning
METHOD
- Grate the
large onion (or 1 small onion) and the sliced, skinned tomatoes.
- Simmer in
the clear stock until tender.
- Add finely shredded lettuce and seasoning.
- Cook steadily for 10 minutes
