CLEAR ONION SOUP

Cooking time 20 minutes
You will need:
- 10 gms. Butter
- 1 onion
- 275 ml of clear stock
- Yeast extract
- 20 gms. Grated cheese
- 1 Pinch sage
METHOD
- Grate the onion, toss in the butter and then add the stock
(flavored with yeast extract).
- Season well, adding pinch sage and simmer for 20 minutes.
