CHICKEN PUREE SOUP
Cooking time - 1½ hour
You will need:
- 200 gms. Cooked chicken meat
- Chicken soup seasoning
- 1 dessert-spoon corn flour
- Tiny knob of butter
- 1 litre of water
- 250 ml of milk
METHOD
- Simmer the carcass in
the water for 1 hour, then strain.
- Add the cooked chicken meat and milk and cook for a further 15 minutes, then rub through
a sieve.
- Blend corn-flour, add
butter, seasoning.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
