VEGETABLE AND NUT POHE Preparation time 20-25 minutes
METHOD Heat oil and sauté the peanuts till golden. Drain. In the same oil add mustard seeds, chopped onion, and green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add grated ginger, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric and raisins. Wash the rice flakes in a colander and transfer them to prepared mixture. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Serve hot after squeezing lemon juice. |
