VEGETABLE CORN BAKE Preparation time 15-20 minutes
METHOD Crush boiled corn slightly. Heat half teaspoon butter in non-stick pan. Sauté the onions and green chilies, the boiled vegetables, corn and milk and cook for 2-3 minutes till well blended. Season to taste. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle cooking cheese, dot with butter ands grill for 5-7 minutes till the cheese is brown and bubbly. |
