ORANGE AND
SHRIMP SALAD:
You will need:
- 4 oranges
- 575 g shelled shrimps
- low calorie dressing
- 1 diced hard boiled egg
- 2 small raw carrots (grated)
METHOD
- Cut tops of oranges or halve.
- Take out the pulp and toss with shrimps in dressing with carrot
- Pile the orange cases and garnish with chopped egg.
