MARINATED MUSHROOMS

Serves 3.

You will need

  • 2 tblspns lemon juice
  • 2 tblspns vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • ¼ ground thyme
  • 125 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tblspns chopped parsley

METHOD

  1. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, oil, five spice powder and thyme together.
  2. Pour over mushrooms, add chopped parsley and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
