MARINATED
MUSHROOMS
Serves 3.
You will need
- 2 tblspns lemon juice
- 2 tblspns vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp Chinese five spice powder
- ¼ ground thyme
- 125 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tblspns chopped parsley
METHOD
- Mix lemon
juice, vinegar, oil, five spice powder and thyme together.
- Pour over mushrooms, add chopped parsley
and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
