HOT RUSSIAN
SALAD WITH CHEESE:
Cooking time- 20 minutes
You will need:
- Mixed vegetables
- Tomato juice
- Cheese
METHOD
- If you have been advised to cut down on root vegetables replace these with cauliflower,
onions and sprouts. (Use as large a mixture of vegetables as possible carrots,
turnips, beans, peas.)
- Dice and cook, season well then drain and bind with tomato juice.
- Pile on hot plate and cover with grated
cheese.
