FISH SALAD:
Cooking time 10-15 minutes
You will need:
- 450 g of white fish
- Sliced cucumber to garnish
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 100 gms chopped celery or chicory
- Small onion
- Diced cucumber
- Diced beet root
- Mayonnaise
METHOD
- Cook fish gently (do not overcook), flake it and mix with diced
cucumber, chopped celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise.
- Garnish with sliced cucumber and
beetroot, and serve with green salad.
