Recipes of Salads

FISH SALAD:

Cooking time – 10-15 minutes

You will need:

  • 450 g of white fish
  • Sliced cucumber to garnish
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 100 gms chopped celery or chicory
  • Small onion
  • Diced cucumber
  • Diced beet root
  • Mayonnaise

METHOD

  1. Cook fish gently (do not overcook), flake it and mix with diced cucumber, chopped celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise.
  2. Garnish with sliced cucumber and beetroot, and serve with green salad.
