FISH AND
CUCUMBER SALAD
You will need:
- Lettuce
- 150 gms. White fish (cooked)
- 200 gms Cucumber
- 200 gms Tomato juice
- Seasoning
- Fennel, dill or parsley
METHOD
- Use 400 gms. Cooked white fish per person.
- Mix with tomato juice, seasoning, pinch of chopped fennel, dill or parsley and serve on
lettuce.
