COTTAGE
CHEESE MOULDS:
You will need:
- 275 ml of tomato juice or milk
- Seasoning
- 2 tsps chopped parsley
- 2 dessert-spoons powder
- Gelatine
- 250 gms Paneer or finely grated cheese
- 150 ml of water
METHOD
- Beat tomato
juice or milk very gradually into cheese until smooth mixture.
- Dissolve the gelatine in hot water.
- Add the gelatine to the cheese with seasoning, and parsley
- Pour into 4 small moulds and when set turn out and serve with salad.
