CARROT
SALAD
Serve 2.
You will need
- 4 small carrots,
peeled and
grated
- ¼ tsp dried terragon leaves
- 1 tblspn finely
chopped parsley
- 1 tblspn
polyunsaturated oil
- Lemon juice
METHOD
- Place carrots in a bowl.
- Add dill o tarragon, parsley and oil.
- Stir in lemon juice to taste and chill.
