BAKED BEANS AND BACON SALAD:
Cooking time 5-10 minutes
You will need:
- A tin of baked beans
- 2 rashers cooked bacon
- 2 tblspn chopped celery
- Pickled onions
METHOD
- Mix bacon and
beans well, then add the celery, squeeze of lemon juice, a little chopped pickled onion.
- Serve hot and cold.
- Baked beans are an excellent protein food and can be included in your diet when you are
not having meat and fish.
