SCRAMBLED
POACHED EGGS
Cooking time 6-8 minutes
You will need:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tblspn milk
- 1 large tomato
- Salt and pepper
- 1 level teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 15 gms butter
METHOD
- Whip the eggs
and milk rather vigorously to give a hole in the centre, lower the egg into
this part of the water and cook steadily.
