Eggs

SCRAMBLED POACHED EGGS

Cooking time – 6-8 minutes

You will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tblspn milk
  • 1 large tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 level teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 15 gms butter

METHOD

  1. Whip the eggs and milk rather vigorously to give a ‘hole’ in the centre, lower the egg into this part of the water and cook steadily.
