ROD EGGS
Cooking time 10 minutes
You will need:
- 5 eggs
- 300 ml tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Asparagus tips
- Mushrooms
METHOD
- Hard boil the
eggs and when they are cold slice three of them and chop the white part of the other two.
- Add these to the sauce and season.
- Put into a dish, add the eggs and sieve the other egg yolks over the top.
- Serve with asparagus tips and grilled
mushrooms.
