EGG
BASKETS
Cooking time 10 minutes
You will need:
- 4 hardboiled
eggs
- 30 gms margarine
- 60 gms mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Skin and chop
mushrooms, fry them in margarine.
- Cut eggs length wise, take out the Yolks.
- Mash the Yolks and mix them with the
mushrooms, add seasoning.
- Keep the egg whites warm, fill with mushroom mixture.
- Arrange stalks of parsley to look like handles
