BENEDICT EGGS

Cooking time – 10 minutes

  • 4 poached eggs
  • 4 slices of brown bread
  • 2 slices chicken salami

METHOD

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Grill the salami and place a slice on each piece of toast.
  3. Place the poached egg on top of the meat and cover with sauce
