TANGY APRICOT
Serves 4
You will need:
- 2 X 425ml cans unsweetened apricot nectar, chilled
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- Mints sprigs
METHOD
- Mix apricot
nectar with citrus juices.
- Blend well.
- Chill, then pour into 4 glasses and garnish
each with a mint sprig.
