SWISS MUESLI
Serves 4
You will need:
- 40 g rolled oats
- 150 ml unsweetened orange juice
- 2 apples
- 60 ml skim milk
- 3 tsp honey
- 60 g raisins or sultanas
- A few almonds and walnuts chopped
METHOD
- Soak the oats
in orange juice overnight.
- Just before serving, grate the apple into
the mixture, add all other ingredients except nuts.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
