FRUIT PORRIDGE
Serves 4.
You will need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2½ cups water
- 90 g chopped
dried fruit, eg dates, apricots, figs and raisins
- Cinnamon
METHOD
- Place rolled oats in a large saucepan.
- Bring to boil, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until porridge is
thick and creamy.
- Add the dried fruit and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
