cup per serve.
You will need:
- 2½ cups of rolled oats
- 2½ cups rolled wheat
- 2 cups wheat germ
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- ¼ cups chopped
almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
METHOD
- Stir all the
ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
- Serve with skim milk, natural skim milk yoghurt or buttermilk.
