CRUNCHY MUESLI
Serve 6
You will need:
- 100 gms rolled oats, toasted
- 150 ml skim milk
- 50 gms walnuts, chopped
- 25 gms raisins
- 25 gms wheatgerm
- 50 gms dates, chopped
- 1 apple, cored
and chopped
- 200 gms skim milk yoghurt
- 1 tblspn lemon juice
METHOD
- Soak the oats
overnight in milk.
- The next day, mix all the nuts, raisins,
dates, wheat germ, and apple.
- Stir the yoghurt and lemon juice together
and stir into the muesli.
