  • Hold hands with partner with elbows extended.
  • Squat down-hold and come up slowly feeling the muscles contracting in the pelvic floor.
Explore limits for labour

  • Sit with legs stretched apart and foot to foot with your partner.
  • Hold hands and stretch from side to side.
