Step 1 |

- Sacrums of both partners should touch.
- Hands should be placed back to back.
- Press hands back to back and bend sideways
- Press hands back to back and rotate.

- Sit sacrum to sacrum
- Bend elbows
- Touch right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee.
