BACKACHE

Bridging: lie on the bed with the hip and the knee in flexion

  • Raise your pelvis 6"../-8"../ above off the bed with weight on your feet and hands at your sides and the upper back.
  • This exercise gets the sacroiliac joints to work and reduces low back and hips jts pain by gently strengthening the abdominal, back extensors and hip muscles.
