ANTE NATAL CARE

Trunk rotation

Step 1
  • Sit with thighs well supported and hip and knees at 90°.
  • Rotate on either side alternately and try to get chest and both elbows in straight line.

Not to be done standing as the pelvis rotates without allowing any rotation at the thorax.

This exercise gives good stretch at the thorax lumber spine. Takes care of problems at the middle and upper back.
