GREEN RAITA

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Serves 1-2

  • ¾ cup curds
  • ¼ cup green leaves (bathua, spinach – steamed and chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch roasted cumin powder

METHOD

Whip the curds, add the chopped leaves and season. Serve cold.
