ONION SAUCE 
Cooking time  15 minutes 
You will need: 
  - 500 gms onions
 
  - Seasoning
 
  - 25 gms of butter
 
  - 200 ml of water
 
 
METHOD 
  - Chop onions and simmer in water until soft.
 
  - Rub pulp through the sieve
 
  - Reheat with seasoning and butter, adding extra water if
    too thick.
