LEMON SAUCE FOR GRILLED FISH 
  - ¼ cup lemon juice
 
  - 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 
  - 1 cup chicken stock
 
  - 1 teaspoon grated root ginger
 
  - 1½ tablespoon brown sugar
 
  - 2 tablespoons flour
 
 
METHOD 
Add all ingredients to a pan and boil, watching constantly until it
thickens-use after fish is grilled.
