Eggs

SPINACH OMLETTE

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Serves 1

  • 1 egg (whipped)
  • 1/3 cup spinach puree
  • ½ onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste
  • Tomato slices

METHOD

Mix the egg, spinach puree and other ingredients. Heat a non-stick tawa and dribble a drop of oil on it. Pour the egg mixture and cook the omelette on both sides. Serve garnished with tomato slices.
