TANGY APRICOT

Serves 4

You will need:

  • 2 X 425ml cans unsweetened apricot nectar, chilled
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • Mints sprigs

METHOD

  1. Mix apricot nectar with citrus juices.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Chill, then pour into 4 glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig.
