SWISS MUESLI

Serves 4

You will need:

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml unsweetened orange juice
  • 2 apples
  • 60 ml skim milk
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 60 g raisins or sultanas
  • A few almonds and walnuts chopped

METHOD

  1. Soak the oats in orange juice overnight.
  2. Just before serving, grate the apple into the mixture, add all other ingredients except nuts.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
