FRUIT AND NUT CRUNCH

Makes 35 serves – 1/3 cup per serve.

You will need:

  • 2½ cups of rolled oats
  • 2½ cups rolled wheat
  • 2 cups wheat germ
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cups chopped almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped

METHOD

  1. Stir all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
  2. Serve with skim milk, natural skim milk yoghurt or buttermilk.
