A DIFFERENT KIND OF MUESLI

Serve 1

You will need:

  • 2 tblspn rolled oats
  • 10 tspns water
  • 1 tblspn milk
  • 1 apple grated
  • Juice of ½ orange or lemon (¼ cup of orange juice)
  • 1 tblspn chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

METHOD

  1. Soak the rolled oats overnight in the water.
  2. In the morning, mix in all the remaining ingredients adding extra fruit juice and honey if used to taste.
