CRUNCHY MUESLI

Serve 6

You will need:

  • 100 gms rolled oats, toasted
  • 150 ml skim milk
  • 50 gms walnuts, chopped
  • 25 gms raisins
  • 25 gms wheatgerm
  • 50 gms dates, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 200 gms skim milk yoghurt
  • 1 tblspn lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Soak the oats overnight in milk.
  2. The next day, mix all the nuts, raisins, dates, wheat germ, and apple.
  3. Stir the yoghurt and lemon juice together and stir into the muesli.
