Exercise for stomach and thighs
Step 1
Hand outstretched lift the upper body 12" from the floor.
Step 2
Lift both legs 3"-6" from the floor.(straight at he knees)
Step 3
Lift the upper body and legs together so that the body ids now in a curved arc with only the buttocks resting on the floor.
This exercise to be done with great care. Pregnant mothers not to do them.
Post delivery only if Diartasis Recti not present.
Make gradual progress to the bow shape.
