Alternate limb stretching: Mother is on all fours
Step 1

  • Stretch left arm straight out in front of you.
  • Then slowly raise the right leg straight behind you.

A very good exercise towards back extension in its 4 quadrants i.e. - Left upper and Right lower segments and Right upper and Left lower segments.
